Break has been amazing, filled with tennis, havin’ fun and the like. I’ve also been keeping busier than I expected I would. I’ve been planning our rush events for DU and I’m excited! Heading back to Case tomorrow. It’s gonna be a long ride, but I’ll keep the music crankin’. Until then, peace out.

Well, looks like I might have won the IM tennis tourney due to a forfeit, but not sure yet. I have my final tomorrow in ENGR 145, then I get to go home!!! for a little while at least… While I’m there, I have spring rush event planning as well as research planning. Busy busy busy! Well, I guess it’s good to be busy rather than sit on my ass all day doing nothing =)
In other topics, I have gotten back into metal a lot lately. My latest discovery is Scar Symmetry, a Scandinavian (at least I think they are) melodic death metal band who’s singer rocks! He growls with incredible force but hits operatic notes that are reminiscent of Killswitch’s Howard Jones. Sadly, I think he has since left the band; let’s hope they reunite, for this is pure musical genius!

Yo to all of the two of you that are following me! I’m 1-2 in the tennis tournament. One of those matches should have been a win, but it’s amazing how much your mentality changes during a match situtation. In warmups, you’re hitting clean and smacking winners; but when it comes to match, you become passive and start missing (funny how that works isn’t it?) Well anyways, I’m still at Case until the 27th or so. I’m just having a good time and enjoying the Cleveland summer. Been going through some rough patches here and there with friends and relationships, but it’s all good, life goes on…wow so emo… Well…next match tomorrow, hoping to reach .500. Peace, Love, Metal \m/

So I’ve kicked off the summer well. This post is kinda late, but whatever. Classes goin’ decently. I just recently started a tennis tournament with very lopsided scorlines, mind you. Won the first match 8-0 8-0 (we were playing pro sets), and lost my second match 8-1 8-0. Weird, but whatever; hoping to do better in the next one. I’m living in the Delta Upsilon house just for the summer, and I have to say it’s pretty chill. Gotta start planning for fall rush! Ahhhh! Reponsibilities! Well….more posts to come.

It’s summer! Awesome! Time for classes….=( But also time for good weather! =) I’m heading back to Case to take some summer classes; hoping to fit tennis in as much as I can, today showed me how rusty I am!

Back at Case Western. The usual, getting manhandled by engineering. Seriously, this shit is tough. But I’m keeping up, relatively. Next week is Greek Week! I’m pretty excited. I’m hoping to start running again once this work eases up. (yeah right…) Right now, just chillin’ in my room, hoping the morning brings new conquests and journeys into new frontiers.

I will soon be embarking on the arduous (if u call 1.5 hours arduous) journey to Cleveland, the city where hopes and dreams of several thousands are crushed as yet another team loses in the playoffs…=( But all disappointments aside, I look forward to a better semester. My new running regime has begun, hopefully it’s something I stick with. I hope this blogging thing works out, I’ll try to find meaningful stuff to post.
